Got a call around the second week of june from a Lady called Veronica. Very politely, introduced herself and stated why she had called … which was to ask about my Tv License account and when i could make relevant payment. Told her i would make payment later in the week, so she offered to send me the necessary payment gateway to make things easier for me when paying. Immediately the call , I received the sms. On monday , she then called to follow up on whether or not i was successful with making payment. Told her i did and she said she would wait for it to reflect on her end , due to the public holiday banks had a delay in payments. Called me again this morning , to say she had received the payment and that everything was sorted out. Few things i liked about Veronica is the fact that she spoke with respect, regardless of the fact that i may have sounded very younger over the phone. Addressed me politely, and responded to me in a proper manner even when i spoke in zulu, never raised her voice, listened to my plea and made things easier for me. This is my first positive experience with a collector and also my first positive experience with a consultant over the phone.
