FORCED TO PAY THE AMOUNT SETTLED IN 2023

I spoke to a rude Abigail lady who is a debt collector for Hahn Collections. Im told i owe for TV licence which i settled already via another collector that was appointed by SABC at that time. I sent them proof of my communication with the previous debt collecting company and sabc with proof of payments attached but they still want me to pay or else they will hand me over. Abigail said they are not the previous company and whether i paid or not im still expected to pay. I needed her to give me a recording of the call or explain what she is saying on email she refused and told me i will pay it.I cant pay what i already paid whether i paid when it was company x or not. I dont own a mine. Hahn needs to do their own research using my evidence and clear me off, simple as that. Again, they must tell me what they are saying about the previous collector in writing so that i use it with the Ombudsman.
