Enraged , Insulted and Disrespected

I have been paying my TV licence for more than 10yrs now without fail, and this year had no money to pay. I was laid off in 2020 due to COVID and have since been unemployed and struggling to get a job. Then SABC handed over my account to Hahn Collections. One of their debt Collectors (lady) called me this morning @08h00 from a +***3 number. I tried telling her I am unemployed and do not have money and will pay as soon as I get a job. She kept on pushing that I must pay because by then it will be more. I kept on reiterating the fact that I do not have money to pay. She became persistent and insisted that I pay now until I lost it and asked if I should then be a lady of the night to make money to pay and she answered back "if being a *** worker is what it will take to pay the licence then you should do it". I mentioned how 82% of the people have never paid the licence and not even bothered and no one is harassing and insulting them the way she did. I am not even watching SABC channels, but paying was the right thing to do. I am owing for one year and she was on my case like a bad rash. Not only is she a debt collector but rude and insulting too. I don't know their job description and quite sure that's not how they are supposed to speak to debtors. I still have rights as a debtor and would like to take this further to stop this harassment and being insulted. Where is the professionalism in all this? I guess if there were no recordings our rights would be stomped on.
