Disgusting Customer Service

So I have been married for 61/2 years, when we got married I sent my marriage certificate to them and requested cancelation. I never heard back. For the past months I have been receiving Demands for a Company Called Hahn Collections. I called them today and tried to explain. They are not interested and actually put the phone down in my ear. What kind of customer service is this. If they bother to reply to emails, it would be nice.
