Coupled with sabc tv - incompetence galore!

I think Hahn Collections Debt recovery staff are as incompetant-as SABC TV Licence accounts department staff. You give them the breakdown of your particular matter - like you left SA over 3 years ago and they still want you to pay for 3 years worth of tv licence when you are not actually even in SA nor have a tv in SA????? I guess intelligence or having common sense is not a requirement to work at either of these companies.....
