CONTINUOUS HARRASSMENT!!!!

This company is absolutely disgusting!!! I studied through online Varsity College in 2023 and I paid all of my fees for that year. I then decided that I no longer wanted to continue with the degree in 2024 and a representative of Varsity College acknowledged that over email. I paid ALL of my fees for the year 2023 and I have a statement from the finance manager acknowledging this as proof and I have even sent this to Hahn Collections to prove this. I did not register for any classes or anything in 2024 .

Three months ago Hahn Collections started harassing me on a daily basis. I have been receiving numerous phone calls and SMS's from them telling me that I owe money. even though i spoke to Varsity College 2 weeks ago over phone call and email and they sent me a statement showing 0 is owed and apologized for the inconvenience caused. i told Hahn Collections this and they continue to harass me and call me. i have blocked the numbers and they keep calling from different numbers. When i ask for proof of a statement of what I owe they won't send me one. A woman even called me on a Saturday morning/afternoon from this place claiming I owe money. I am receiving SMS's after hours at 8PM at night from them and they are full on harassing me.

The staff here do not do their research. I have asked them to remove me off of their database several times and have sent them proof from Varsity College that I don't owe a thing. Yet, they continue to harass me. The staff here are *********** and stupid.

I am getting extremely angry and they are violating the POPIA Act. If this does not stop I will be taking legal action against this horrible organization :)
