Bad service, poor communication

Terrible experience. The debited funds our of my account today without any prior communication. The funds I have are not even mine and need to be used. I haven’t even gotten paid yet. They said they’re unable to issue a refund, consultant is not even sure how this happened as the funds are scheduled for the 27. I am extremely angry with their service, I don’t even want to deal with them anymore.
