ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE FROM SHARON. I call in to inform HC collections that I was still debited, despite having settled my account and wanted to know when I would get a refund. Sharon with with a very argumentative attitude and condescending tone says “Did you call and ask us to cancel the debit order? I don’t know if we will refund you?” She was so unprofessional. She just called again saying I am definitely not getting a refund.
