85 YEAR OLD HARASSED CONTINUALLY

I know the SABC is desperate - but to HARASS AND 85 Year Old for an incorrect TV license registration. My dad has always had a valid and upto date TV License . My mom is being contacted and harassed daily - the TV license she has is valid - I have tried to call send numerous emails showing the TV License that is registered for the property and NO ONE RESPOND, I am told she must pay it - even though the law states 1 TV for the household (which is my mom) THEY ARE USELESS AND TREAT PEOPLE SHOCKINGLY
