I have booked accommodation in April 2017 and paid deposit of R8,400 , since then i have never received any communique of receipt of my deposit. I tried to call their number which is on their website and number was no longer working. I managed to get the owner's contact number through Mpumalanga Tourism Board , i called him and requested my deposit back after learning that the place is no longer operational, the owner kept saying my request is in the process until he stopped answering/ignoring my calls till to date i did not receive my deposit back.
