lack of interest and communication

<p>Hack, Stupel & Ross were appointed as the transfer attorneys for my home purchase. Firstly my transfer only occured after 2 full months after payment. I sent several emails to the conveyancer requesting feedback on the process but absoultely no reply from the lady unless I requested a read reciept. My transfer documents was emailed to me without a single thing being explained to me. I was treated as if they are paying me for my service. An absoultly disgusting company to work with! </p>
