Falsely get summons against me

Got a false summons against me to repo a vehicle the bank was already paid for. No co-operation from them or Standard bank. Balance of account should have gone against my sequestration estate, but they falsely went and got a summons for the vehicle. Misleading the court. Going on since 2017
