Complete lack of interest and communication

<p>As transfer conveyancing Attorneys they never settled my property's electricity account with the Municipality. 6 weeks after informing them I had to get the clearance certificate personally from the Municipality as Hack Stupel and Ross could not get it. Now my power has been cut for non payment. No support whatsoever from this firm. </p>
