ABSA Bank account

Since 2021 I'm waiting for my paid up letter, and you guys have even stopped replying to my emails, now another company (collectors) is after my behind for the very same ABSA account which you guys failed to close, it's still open and it's still accumulating interest, and that's money I do not have, I'm a single mother, I live with 14 people, I'm a sole breadwinner, so please guys, do right by me and get me out of this unnecessary mess.
