YOUR MODEL RAILWAY VILLAGE

On the 13th of January 2015 I cancelled our subscription from Hachette's. They debited our account with 2 payments of R699-00 each without any notification explaining why they took that monies off our account. I reversed the payments and cancelled the subscription. today (19/03/2015) I got a letter stating I owe R2053-32 I phone and the lady said that if they receive the packages back from the post office they will rectify my account which is **** !!!! I told her we last got issue 21 if I am not mistaken and what if the packages goes lost in the Post Office with all the POST OFFICE STRIKING !!!! She said that it wont get lost, but how many post gets lost with the striking??? This is totally unacceptable and frustrating ....
