Useless

I joined the 30 best loved recipes online.. I joined from issue 1 and the website stated payment will be deducted once the issue was received. 1 i did not receive any books, so i called to find out was the debit order went through for no books were received, they said that i should of received a letter stating that they can only start me with issue 7, i did not receive that letter for i would of declined my issue, i wan form issue 1.. I did confirm that i did not receive the books and that they should refund me, it has been 2 weeks and i am still under pending. They cannot confirm that i did not receive the books, they should check with the post office. now i have to beg for my money books i did not receive. Totally useless,
