Worst security service EVER!

You can NEVER rely on them! When you phone them to come to your house for an emergency or suspected break-in, they absolutely take their time! Sometimes it takes up to an hour! By that time, we could have been ****ed! Today my husband phoned them to go see if everything was ok at our house, because my son was alone at home and the dogs kept barking. My son also pressed the panic button. After 25 minutes the person arrived, slowly getting out of his vehicle, stretching his arms and body as if getting out of bed. It is PATHETIC service!!!!!!!!
