Disturbing peace

Its been 3 days straight that this alarm by Bethal independent primary school is been going off morning hours and i spoke to Joshua a few times and keeps telling me he will phone someone to come bypass the zone but its a low battery and the alarm is really annoying everyone around the school. Its really disturbing the peace and no one gives a damn about it. our baby keep on waking up everytime the alarm goes off.
