Bad Service From My Security Company

hi my name is Sibusiso Sibeko with a case no (cas 08/03/2019) , I had a bad and painful experience with a company HABPS Security on the 1st of MARCH 2019 at about 01:40 am, when the alarm was activated by the outside sensor that trigger the intrudes brake in my house and the HABPS security didn't respond in time, +-5 guys went into house and ***** my TV and 2 cellphone (my wife and daughter). the security company I phone the control room asking them why they didn't not respond because the alarm is active and they is no one from them responding and they is nothing I can do ,they had some excuse .and later responded with the security guard van came in my house ,he said he got a message from the control room for the alarm and he said he has nothing he can do because the control must notify him ,but the damage was already been done .on top of that none of the supervisor from area came to my house to investigate and check the error that can they rectify for the further respond in other houses around my area, it's been 2 weeks now no one came house even after I went to they office asking them what is going on and what action they are going to take with this incident that happened on that day. no respond from them even today. it's painful to sign a contract and pay guys ,but they service is so much that bad.
