CIPC records for Habitec Properties (Pty) Ltd (Reg: K***, 17 11th Street, Kensington, Cape Town) reflect that Alwyn Theodorius du Preez resigned as a director of this company on 30 May 2024. The current sole active director is a different individual. The same individual — Alwyn Theodorius du Preez — currently holds a PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC No. ***) that is listed on the PPRA's public practitioner search as being associated with Habitec Properties (Pty) Ltd, in the category of Estate Agency. Consumers should be aware of the following publicly verifiable facts: This same individual is the sole director and principal of Coast2Coast Real Estate (Pty) Ltd, which has filed no annual returns with CIPC since its 2019 registration.
