Very Disappointed

I app**** for a place to stay last month at HPM Carnival Gardens, and approved i paid deposit, registration fee, key money, parking and rental yesterday i was suppose to go and sign lease i didn't happen, just waited for their call they didnt call, i was supposed to move in on 1st of August, and today the 2nd and i called and they said they will come back to me, later at about 14:00 they told me there are no unit available, right now i don't have a place to stay, i had to move out were i stay because someone had to move in i don't know what to do.
