Unsafe conditions and poor management

I'm currently staying at Matlosana gardens in klerksdop a place that is managed by Habitat Management Properties, I launched a complain in October 2020 regarding my flat there is mould and water leaking through the walls, in November I layed other complain through their app regarding the toilet constantly running water no one came...went to the onsite office for a follow up and I was told they will send someone till to date,just yesterday I spoke to some guy at their office and he told me he will send the maintenance team by 8am today I'm still waiting,I mean I even raised this issue with the junior manager Kate and my issue is still not attended to,I spoke to one of the call centre agent about the issues and she made a joke about me feeling unsafe with conditions of the flat.what is getting me angry is that there is an empty flat that got attended to when my neighbor moved out in December 2020 and I have been waiting since October 2020 .I have been more than patient with these people,I really don't think they care much about their tenants
