They terminated my electricity and when I called them they said there is nothing they can do I just have to pay the outstanding balance

They terminated my electricity and when I called them they said there is nothing they can do I just have to pay the outstanding balance. Well I paid the money but my electricity is not on as yet and now I can get anyone to assist me.. I sent emails to *** but it's not working. I have a 2 week old baby and they don't even have sympathy.
