rude, unprofessional and disrespectful

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from one of your consultants Siphiwe Manzini yesterday 03 October 2024.

Unfortunately, Siphowe Manzini was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to a point he said “I am going to make sure you are blacklisted and trust me he did not joke when he said that. During our interaction, I felt belittled and disrespected by Siphiwe Manzini condescending attitude and tone.

He seemed more interested in asserting his authorities.
