Matlosana Gardens in klerksdorp is the worst. It started off with them approving my application and and confirming the unit available to me. when I had to pay the deposit to secure the unit, they told me they don't have units available. That should've been a sign. After a month they called to confirm the unit available. I've paid the deposit and finally moved in. The way their cocroaches terrorized me I had no choice but to move out after a few months. Then when they have to pay me my deposit back. I'm being send from pillar to post. I got a bank notification that money has been paid into my account from HPM, which is not even half of my deposit. When I enquire about my money they stil owe me, they can't even explain how they came about the amount they paid into my account. These people are ****s
