Poor service

Good day May you kindly assist me with my enquiry that I have with HABITAT PROPERTY. I have sent them a notice that last month via email that I'm moving out end of this month, it was emailed, and hand delivered to building manager. On the 21-09-2023 they deducted the rent month off which it was not supposed to be deducted. On the same day I called the call center line, and I was transfer to finance department spoke to a guy he confirms that he can see the payment and he will call me after an hour till today no call from the guy. I have sent emails regarding this but with no help. Today again I called still using my airtime to get my money from still no luck. I explain that I need this money very urgent as I was supposed to pay my rent on the new place. Now it's a hustle to get my money please help. I've sent numerous emails still no respond from them.
