No joint inspection done

I moved out of the building and followed all the protocols. Unfortunately the building manager decided not to come days before our to have a joint inspection. Habitat decided to still debit my bank account for rent even after I had moved and claim to hold it as deposit. Which was not part of the lease agreement to hold rent as deposit as they already had deposit as per lease agreement. Now they want to do inspection after I had moved and to deduct the costs, which is totally out of legal practice to do so. I have requested them to refund the money before I could take other measures. Terrible service from Habitat.
