No deposit given back

The worst customer service I have received from this company, there are not professional at all, o stayed at one of their properties and moved out in June and it’s now November and I still have not received my deposit back, I would not recommend anyone to use their services at all, how does such a big company have a backlog with people’s deposits, the worst
