My refund

Its been a month an a half sense I lift habitat property in carnival gardens I called them 3weeks ago asking about my deposit they told me 2 September mind you I lft on the 27th August ..I spoke to a gentleman man Ben that said they busy with my refund.a week later I called again they told Me "his on leave how convenient ".I want my money back they told me they min R700 for paint becoz the flat was dirty am still awaiting for the rest of my money
