I trust all is well.

Can you please escalate my below issue to someone higher than Zethu and Siyabonga (*** & ***)

First of all I am extremely ****ed at what I saw at my Unit M4 at Devland Gardens

Siyabonga gave me the keys yesterday because I had to move a few of my items to my initial unit which is M4 since I am in a temporary unit which is F7 I have to vacate unit F7 by the end of this month due to the new tenants that needs to move in on the 1st November 2021

I was fuming when I saw the state that my unit was in.

I am not going to move into that unit hence I need to speak to someone higher than Zethu and Siyabonga.

When I asked Zethu if I can move into one of those new units, I was told about vetting etc. just because I made them aware that I got a new job with a better salary. Vetting was not even done on my profile because I don’t see an enquiry on my credit profile, but I got approved to move into a 2 and a half bedroom

I gave her valid reasons as to why I would like to move to a different unit closer to the entrances since block A, B and I have 1 bedroom So they want me to move into a 2 and a half bedroom or stay at F7, but they don’t want to approve me for one of the above mention blocks since they have 1 bedrooms as well

I got approved for the unit at M4, but I was allocated a temporary unit which is (F7) due to my initial unit for being under construction. This was on the 1st November 2019 I have been in unit F7 for almost two years which means it took them two years for them to complete my unit knowing that they go other tenants occupying it

If you have to compare my Initial unit (M4) to the temporary unit (F7), the F7 unit is in a much better condition than M4.

So please escalate this matter as soon as possible and I need a manager's email address to send them pictures of that awful unit (M40 with the molds
