Devland Gardens The worse in service ,building manager is rude , biased , and chooses who he will help and has no people skills , gets angry when you address matters and also does nothing regarding any complaints or concerns .. my unit was damaged due to a faulty water pipe that leaks .. this happened in March , its November and I am still sitting with a whole in the bathroom and water pipes that don't work, today I asked the manager when ill get assistance as i always get the same answer from them (next week ) and he tells me he can not assist ill have to wait , I've been waiting since March and every time i report a matter it gets closed without resolution .. I will take this matter further as i am done complaining abut this *** services I pay for .
