I want my refund: Customer Service terrible and rude employees

I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received. My refund is overdue, and interactions with Ben have been rude. Promised timelines have not been met, and attempts to speak to a manager have been unsuccessful. This lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable. Does this mean that there is no manager in this company?
