HPM HABITAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (Matlosana Gardens)

I was a tenant in Matlosana Gardens and since I moved in I have been experiencing problems with their water meters and I would be without water for couple of days, I reported the problem to the building manager several times but I was never assisted and sometimes I would take unplanned leave because I don't have water to bath in my unit. I was staying with my kids and their communal dish is forever not working. The service in that complex is terrible disgusting, I moved out because they where failing me in terms of basic needs (water) now they are refusing to refund me my deposit.
