Hpm Development needs to train their people

I was resident at little Manhattan Gardens in Pretoria West. The building manager Portia is unprofessional and bias. She caters only to her her "favorites". My husband requested for pass at the gate to get our belongings but she said she won't be able to give to him as he is not the lease holder.. I understood that but when my husband went back to the flat there was other people who are not even lease holders moving stuff out. They didn't even have a pass out.

She does not explain things properly instead she is rude and unprofessional no people skilss at all. She is working with people she should be friendly and welcoming but she is the exact opposite. She should treat everyone the the same instead of doing "favours".
