Bad Management

This instrant property management group is badly managed! Every administrative process is a ****ing nightmare. I’ve been chasing the little Manhattan (west village) management to refund me my deposit for over a month now! Having stayed there for 5 years and paying my rent on time, they’re giving me runaround with my refund deposit citing “backlog “ they don’t even wanna specific when will the money be paid in! I submitted all necessary documents I want my money and all the building managers are just so rude and unprofessional and Ben the guy in charge of their billing department horrible service
