habitat properties , a division of daveland gardens

its with absolute most disappointment that i ever dealt with habitatproperties , for daveland gardens, i applies for a flat but due to some construction delays from their side , i decided to terminate my lease agreement in october 2019 before the move in date 1st nov. 2019 bear in mind i had paid my deposit along with my 1st month rental , spoke to an agent philani in oct. he advise me to forward my bank statement as well as proof of payment , of which i did as instructed , a month later no response i made follow up to their office spoke to rhulani , jeanet ,patricia they assured me they received my documents and they will cancel my account within 21 working days, to my surprise they debited money into my account i reversed the payment twice already and they refunded back my deposit but still refuse to cancel my lease and stop the debit order from my bank account , they re ruining my credit profile for their incompetence instead they making empty promises ive been dealing with fulu ( manager ) , nikiwe sithole , tholakele they all fail to do their job up to this day. i would like to see this matter resolved as soon as possible course it has been dragging on for 4 months now
