Good day MY name is lebogang I am currently staying at devland gardens block G10..as residents we have a problem with a lady called mbali.. This lady is so rude to us to a point we're we as residents we wanted to write a pertition regarding her rudeness.. So this is my story I was on my way back from kzn where I was the was no network so I couldn't pay my monthly rent but as tenants we all know that our due date is on the 8th so this month she decided to switch of our lights on the 7th just because she is not working on the 8th,okay fine I called her to tell her I am on my way to the bank however with today's weather I delayed to get the.. I mentioned that on my account iv reached my limit can I send 2300 the tmrw morning I will send 1300.. Can she switch on my lights IL only need 2 hours cause I am from the bundus and my son needs milk.. My son is only 6 months.. Can you believe that woman told me how useless I am.. Rent is a priority.. I explailed that it's not like I don't have money my limit is affecting me.. Okay made means to go and find someone to assist my rental was paid however my light are still not on its 3hours now.. I just wanted to find out that as we are residents of devland gardens complex we buy electricity and it's expensive were does mbali get the permission to switch of my lights or anyone.. Mind you other people are being locked outside when they didn't pay, where do they get the right to do so...
