Flat deposit refund not being reimbursed

This company does not what to refund my deposit, they do not indicate when will I be receiving it, I was told that am on the payment schedule no confirmation of when to expect the refund. They don't communicate you are the one always on their neck. At first I was informed that it will take 21 working days that was on the 1 st of July 2024 and still now with no luck. I emailed Ben for a time frame and he is not responding. This was because I rented a 2 and half flat from them and now am unable to get my deposit back.
