Extreme POOR SERVICE

I had already paid in advance for October rental on the 16th September then boom 2nd October an unathozised debit order , today the 16th October another debit order in the mist of fighting for my refund I have been taken from pillar to post by Ben in the refund department who has **** & promised money will be refunded the 6th October, I called the following monday to do follow up Ben had an amnexure & pretended as if the query was his 1st time hearing it, he promised Friday the 13th I will get my refund still nothing instead I got another surprise debit order. They lack customer service and know nothing about courtsey calls including Sakhumzi in the debit order department whom still today I was promised he will contact me I'm still waiting in vain.
