Evicted and replaced in my unit with immediate effect after I asked them to block the lady from accessing the complex little manhattans gardens

I was retrenched from work and the lady needed a place to stay hence I allowed her to stay in there till I’m back at work. Which was our initial agreement. She would pay rent late and I would get messages to say I will be handed over. I acknowledge my mistake and I am pleading with you to please get my unit back. I can show u my retrenchment letters and my new employment contract. I hope you understand where I’m coming from. And again it’s ok the lady can apply for her own unit not the 1 I took out on my name, because from what I know you don’t get to choose which unit you want to occupy.

Just to add to all of that, she is subletting the unit herself she’s does not stay there, it’s her boyfriend and another male that’s driving a white Ford Focus. I was evicted immediately without any sort of notice, was I not atleast supposed to serve 1 month notice before eviction?

Please hear my plea can I please have my unit back this can be my first and last warning.

Formal complaint against Mr Mudau

Dear sir/madam

I wish to escalate the below Mr Madau I was evicted from my unit with immediate effect which took place after the lady that was occupying my unit went to have an agreement with the above mentioned without my knowledge, I gave her a two months notice that I will be coming back to my unit as I was re-appointed and we both agreed. To my surprise yesterday 31/03/2022 when I called her to inform her that I was coming to deliver my furniture she said the flat now belongs to her ,then I went ahead and contacted the head office and asked if the unit 127 was still in my name and 2 people from the office confirmed that the unit still is in my name,then my partner who had arrived before me went with the lady to the office to check what was she talking about, then the site manager said there was no such application done toward my unit and the lady told the site manager to call Mr Mudau who said I my lease was terminated with immediate effect and I had to leave the premises immediately, I tried to remove her access to the complex but both the site manager names portia and lebogang refused because Mudau said so, which I did not understand as I couldn’t get the lease for that lady. The is a gentlemen staying in the unit which the lady also sublet to another men without my knowledge, and I did not know that it was possible for one to apply for a specific unit like she claims to have done, I also acknowledge my mistake and I take full responsibility for my actions, though I feel aggrieved by how mr Modau has terminated my lease no notice was given to me he also did not confirm with me after he got the information he said he has nor did he investigate the matter he terminated my lease when I called him, which is very much unfair as my furniture was outside, I would really appreciate it if I could atleast get my unit back and that lady can apply as I have app**** and waited for the answer, also that lady does not work, I am surprised on how she got the unit as I know the waiting list is long, please hear my plea.

I sent them those them those emails and still no response. Very poor management and communication skills
