Deposit refund a challenge!

Very disappointed with the finance department/unit from this company I've been making calls to enquire with the deposit refund and every time I am told that the person who deals with that called Ben is not online or out of the office ill leave my contacts details and he never bothers to call me back I've been making calls and follow ups without any success from them.
