DEPOSIT REFUND

Kindly advise how long should I follow up or call you guys so you can pay back what is due to me because surly I never given the company any problem when I paid that amount to your account I was advised that it takes 21 working days get refund but I only got email requesting my banking information after 21 days but I cooperated and sent everything which was 27 September 2023 following week I followed up I was told it was sent for payment on the 13 October I followed up again on whatsapp channel trying to get information on to how I can lay a formal complaint I received apologies for delay and I was assured that it was sent to payment today it 26 October no funds received yet it clear that someone is *********** or not doing they job accordingly at this point am not sure what I need to do so I can get back my money hope this gets to the relevant person who will advise me who is responsible for payment because I was told Ben deals with deposits refund but it clear he doesn't because he also told me it went for payment is your payment department not in this country why can't I get someone who can take accountability
