Deposit not refunded 60 days later

I moved out of Carnival Gardens end of August having submitted all neccessary documents including banking details for my refund. However 60 days later i still havent received my refund and the finance manager Ben Khanye has been giving me the run around to a point that now he is not taking my calls. It has also come to my attention that im not the only one. Is habitat properties a ****ming peoe out of their refunds? The perso who picks up the phone always doesnt know anything.
