Carnival Gardens

I 1st moved in October 2021 in complex called carnival Gardens managed by HPM my unit had no cupboards in the bedrooms and I was till today and I was told it has 2plate gas stove that was also not true ,and the units the way are designed not up too standard because the bedrooms for next door is next to mine u can hear everything even when a person sneeze u can hear imagine if they making up u hear everything and it's disgusting so ones peace is disturbed
