Bring back my money

The worst service ever.. We pay deposit on time but we have to beg for a refund. I've been following up and all I get is send your documents and from there no response..

Why should we pay deposit when you know that you don't refund?. I dont think Ben is the problem here as he gets instructions from above. You put your staff under so much pressure whilst you relax in the background and expect them to sort out your mess

I wouldn't recommend any1 to stay in any of your properties cos you are a **** hiding behind social housing development
