Beyond poor service

This company is a disgrace they just *****ing our hard earned money..their service is beyond poor..since on the 15th of April we never had electricity they didn’t even bother to have back up for the devland gardens tenants..instead they (HPM) organized generators for their property to be safe but us the tenants sleep in the dark and bath with cold water the.the bins are are full of rotten food and they not going to meet us half way...now they sent us the statements for rent they are even quick to remind us that their property is for rental only not rent to buy...can please anybody or anyone please help us we struggling here (skhipa ama files please assist if you seeing this review please 🙏
