Bad service and poor communication

Im so dissapointed regard how Habitat staff member talk to client and not willing to assist when we do follow ups. I app**** at Devland Gardens 2021 received a feedback that i qualified for 2 bedrooms that was the last communication sent to me. I followed up and told that im on waiting list no units available, to cut the story short i reffered a friend her application was succesfull and that was after me she also gpt a unit. I have been doing follow ups till today but still receiving the same answer. So im guesding no one moved out since 2021 till today. Last week i called te lady who was assisting was rude and told me yo re apply because my application expired. How so while i was on their waiting list. This is so unproffesional.
