BAD SERVICE AND ANGRY CUSTOMER

What **** company this is, the so called, low cost, strictly rental housing. This is the most **** company ever. after 2 weeks of no power and after rents r paid, the power still goes off again, after losing so much food because of its rotten, a whole month's food. just when you thought things couldn't have gotten worse, when the power returns, you need to buy electricity because you have been using cold water for 2 weeks and you need to pay for it. And the worse thing this shame of a company wont even try by any means to supply us with back generators but every single damn month they want their rent paid in full no matter what you have lost and need to buy again. life for them goes on. You will swear this company is owned by fly by night people, its a disgrace and embarrassment. its been 3 days now without electricity and we have just paid rent in full bought food because we cant live on takeaways everyday still all this ******* company does is send reminders that its strictly rental private company yet it cant even organize back up generators for us as we pay such huge amounts every month in full, worse they way they don't care, they wont even respond to our complains. No wonder in this country crime wont be reduces as we still have companies like this one and benefiting at poor people trying to live their honest lives. It wont even suggest or agrees to our suggestions of meeting each other halfway in paying at least 50% rent because we have suffered financially, emotionally, physically. Our kids go to school without bathing because the water its cold, clothes not ironed, flu everywhere, its so unhygienic with the fridges smelling and leaking from the meat. End of April we paid rent in full Bought food because from the 15th April with no electricity meat got spoiled, bought electricity we never used for 2 weeks. Bought takeaways with money that we don't have or never budgeted for especially in this covid-19 situations, we hardly make end meet but still companies like habitat, wont even go to city power to ask or hire or do something to accommodate us so we can have generators but Joscho flats was supp**** generator by city power yet. Makes you wonder how come the government grants tenders to such despicable companies like habitat when they treat people like *******? Habitat Properties YOU HAVE FAILED DISMALLY ON BEING A PRIVATE OWNED COMPANY. WE DESERVE TO STAY FREE OF CHARGED IN THOSE FLATS, YOU DO A LOUSY JOB, WE PAY YOU, FOR WHAT REALLY? WE COUNTING ANOTHER 2 WEEKS TO COME WITH NO POWER AND WE LOOKING AT YOU FOR YOUR RESPONDS AS WE KNOW THERE IS NOTHING YOU PEOPLE WILL DO, BUT WE THINK ITS HIGH TIME WE TAKE THE MATTERS TO OUR HANDS AND CALL THE MEDIA TO INTERFERE AND FIND A WAY TO OWN THESE FLATS WE HAVE BEEN PATIENT ENOUGH.
