Angry tenant

We have received smses regarding Debi check that a deduction will go off on a date different from our initial deduction day mine has always been the 25th of each month however it has been stated that it will be deducted on the 15th. My rent is R2690 however it has been stated that R3093.50 will be deducted. I've tried to contact head office the entire day yesterday and today however they claimed that Rhulani Ngobeni who is a credit controller responsible for Devland Gardens is busy on the line when you leave your details she doesn't cone back to me.
