***** and failure to refund

I terminated my lease in November 2023 to move out in December 2023. December 2023 I was debited and in January 2024. Meaning I am owed 2 months’ worth of rent plus my deposit. To date I have not been refunded. They have since stopped replying to my emails and whenever I call them, they put me through to finance and Ben Khanye does not take my calls anymore. There excuse is that the refund documents have been submitted and the matter has been escalated but the fail to give reason why there is a delay in my refund and deposit. They have rebranded or are rebranding to Instratin Reality. All I can say to anyone that has experienced the same situation as mine is to seek legal help and deal with matter.

The are failing to reply or give any feedback exposing them is the best option.
